Biography
Soprano Megan Warburton is captivating audiences with her dazzling high notes and energetic storytelling. She recently sang with the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra in Wichita Falls, Texas as the Soprano Soloist in Carmina Burana and with First Coast Opera as Kay in the contemporary opera The Stranger’s Tale and Laurie in a concert edition of The Tender Land. In addition, she sang with Charleston Opera Theatre this season in recital. Other recent highlights include Sophie in Werther, La Feé in Cendrillon, and Queen of the Night in Die Zauberflöte at the University of Michigan, and Johanna (cover) in Sweeney Todd with Opera Saratoga.
